How do I get involved?

Pre-Register:
 Complete the registration form on this sheet and mail it today!  Registrations for the rides will be allowed the day of the event, but please register early to facilitate planning.  Silent Auction and family activities like wagon rides need no registration.

Fill in the sponsor form:
 It’s easy!  You will be amazed how quickly you will fill a sponsor sheet.  More sheets can be found on the website, King’s Way, your local church, or PHC.

Q. “How far do I have to bike?”
          A.  The main bicycle ride is a family friendly couple miles, but more ambitious riders can go much further! 

Q. “How much can I raise?”
             A.  There’s no limit – you’ll be surprised how easy it is!  You can simply ask your family and friends to sponsor you with a single, generous, tax-deductible gift for your participation in the event.  If participating in the longer rides you can also be sponsored on a per mile basis.

Q. “What if it rains?”
          A.  Bring rain gear and bike in the rain, or just bring the forms to us on the day of the event and bike on your own as soon as possible.  The Silent Auction will be held rain or shine!

Q. “How do I ask someone to sponsor me?”
          A.  Simply ask everyone you know… “Will you sponsor me?” You’ll be surprised at the number of people who will support you.  Possibilities include:  Co-workers, staff, your boss, friends, clubs, church members, parents, brothers, sisters, neighbors, out-of-town friends… It’s a great opportunity to share with people the ministry of your local Pregnancy Help Center!

Q. “Who collects the money?”
        A.  You collect the money before the event.  Collect the money prior to the event (preferably by check when asking for the sponsorship) and enter it during registration.  If collecting from per mile sponsors preferring to wait until after the event, collect the money within 3 days of the event and send checks only to the Pregnancy Help Center. (address inside)  Receipts will be sent as soon as funds are received by Pregnancy Help Center.
