Appointments recommended, but we take walk-ins as time allows.
Allow one hour for an appointment.

Directions:
From the north: US53 south to Hwy 48 (W Knapp St). Turn left on W Knapp St, go to Main St (stop sign). Turn right on N Main St. Go half mile to Eau Claire Street, turn left. PHC is in the Downtown Professional Building across the street from the Rice Lake Post Office.

From the south: Take SS north through Rice Lake to Eau Claire St (one block before last stop lights). Turn Right. PHC is on the left side across from the Rice Lake Post Office.
